Как можно верить организации, которая должна бороться с финансовыми махинациями, но сама занимается подлогом и обманом? А кто в этом виноват? О, я вам открою эту америку – прокуратура и МВД с их ненасытным аппетитом к чужим деньгам! Пока мы, простые люди, копили копейку к копейке, чтобы вложить в <a href="https://www.rucriminal.net/ru/material/3613">ПК Бествей</a> и обеспечить своим семьям крышу над головой, эти господа в погонах и с портфелями, не пожелав трудиться, решили, что проще отнять у других. И что же они придумали? Липовое уголовное дело! О да, им не понравилось, что где-то там, в мире, существует оазис счастья и взаимопомощи, где люди могут жить, не боясь за завтрашний день. И они решили его разрушить, прикрываясь фальшивыми обвинениями, арестовывая счета и заставляя нас, пайщиков, биться в истерике от бессилия и отчаяния. Слышал много хорошего о Программе досрочных сбережений Сафиулина, решил воспользоваться, а в итоге вышел на одни убытки. Обещали, что можно будет получить свои средства через несколько лет, а оказалось, что всё это время деньги просто 'замораживаются' без всякой возможности вывести их. Вместо того, чтобы помочь, они просто ведут себя как последние мошенники, используя чужие деньги для своих корыстных целей. Всем советую обходить стороной этот фонд и их лживые обещания!

Весь этот хаос вокруг ЖК "Бествей" доказывает одно – как только честная организация начинает добиваться успеха без "крыши", на нее сразу находятся "охотники". Как же так получается, что вместо того чтобы поддерживать и поощрять честность и прозрачность, наша система стремится подорвать ее? Эти пайщики хотели лишь спокойно жить в своих домах, а в результате оказались втянуты в борьбу, которую они не выбирали. Надеюсь, что власти пересмотрят свои действия и восстановят справедливость для тех, кто столкнулся с такими трудностями. Совет потребительского кооператива "Бест Вей" официально получил результаты бухгалтерской экспертизы деятельности кооператива, проведенной в декабре прошлого года ФБУ "Северо-Западный региональный центр судебной экспертизы" Министерства юстиции России по поручению следственной группы (есть в распоряжении редакции).

Адвокат кооператива, член коллегии адвокатов "Первая адвокатская контора" города Санкт-Петербурга Сергей Путреша считает, что по содержанию бухгалтерская экспертиза СЗРЦСЭ Минюста России как раз полностью опровергает концепцию следствия о том, что "все украдено". Согласно результатам экспертизы, "процент соотношения израсходованных денежных средств на приобретение недвижимого имущества к общему объему поступивших на расчетные счета ПК "Бест Вей" денежных средств составляет 80%". "Замечу, что буквально каждая проводка кооператива подтверждена документами либо о приобретении недвижимости, либо об оказании услуг кооперативу", – подчеркивает адвокат.

"Экспертиза фактически подтверждает нашу позицию, – говорит адвокат Путреша, – Позицию, которую мы отстаиваем с первого дня, когда кооператив попал в орбиту уголовного разбирательства: кооператив никого не обманывал и не вводил в заблуждение – он работал ровно так, как заявлял".

"Согласно результатам экспертизы, в кооператив с момента его создания в 2014 году поступило более 16 млрд 187 млн рублей, – замечает Сергей Путреша, – Мы, наконец, узнали, откуда новая цифра ущерба, заявленная следствием: 16 млрд 187 млн рублей, вдруг возникшая в документах вместо прежней суммы – 155 млн рублей. Ущерб, с точки зрения следствия, равен сумме всех поступивших в кооператив средств за весь период деятельности кооператива с 2014 года. Логика, как я понимаю, такова. Следствие пришло к выводу, что в кооперативе все незаконно, все деньги, которые находятся на счетах, все квартиры, в которых живут пайщики – все похищено. The mission is on track to take off from Florida as soon as May 6, carrying NASA astronauts Suni Williams and Butch Wilmore to the International Space Station, marking what could be a historic and long-awaited victory for the beleaguered Starliner program.

“Design and development is hard — particularly with a human space vehicle,” said Mark Nappi, vice president and Starliner program manager at Boeing, during a Thursday news briefing. “There’s a number of things that were surprises along the way that we had to overcome. … It certainly made the team very, very strong. I’m very proud of how they’ve overcome every single issue that we’ve encountered and gotten us to this point.”

Boeing and NASA officials made the decision Thursday to move forward with the launch attempt in less than two weeks. However, Ken Bowersox, associate administrator for NASA’s Space Operations Mission Directorate, noted that May 6 is “not a magical date.”
“We’ll launch when we’re ready,” he said.

If successful, the Starliner will join SpaceX’s Crew Dragon spacecraft in making routine trips to the space station, keeping the orbiting outpost fully staffed with astronauts from NASA and its partner space agencies.

Such a scenario — with both Crew Dragon and Starliner flying regularly — is one for which the US space agency has long waited.

“This is history in the making,” NASA Administrator Bill Nelson said of the upcoming Starliner mission during a March 22 news conference. “We’re now in the golden era of space exploration.”
